Consider using the free locker room in the car park for your ski equipment to avoid carrying it back and forth to the gondola.

Location and value for money

Lots of noisy groups and the boiler did not produce enough hot water during heavy demand periods. Asking guests to pay in order to use the internal pool is not pleasant at all.

the proximity to the ski lift

we shared our corridor with a very badly behaved school party. The hotel staff tried to influence the teachers but failed. No sleep for 5 nights

While the lobby lacks any warmth and feels bland, the parking area is rather cramped for larger vehicles!!! The lack of a true ski-in/ski-out option was quite misleading, and the overall modernization of the place could greatly enhance the stay!!!

fantastic access to attractions and walking areas nearby

I found the hotel just a few steps from Casa Eyre and less than a 5-minute walk to the Iron Museum, made my explorations around La Massana so enjoyable. The friendly staff and comfortable room really added to my experience.

The buffet dining was really solid with fresh options. The bar area was a fun spot with games, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful nature around and took advantage of the nearby gondola for skiing. A fun and relaxed location for a group trip!

One downside was that the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room was a bit inconvenient, but we managed.

Everything was good, nice hotel, the location was unbeatable so close to the ski area as well as cafes. The room itself was cool, spacious with decent space for four person and had the things we needed.

It has absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice rooms with a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating.

The professionalism of the staff stood out, particularly in the bar area where the service was consistently friendly and efficient. The offerings at breakfast were noteworthy, especially the excellent gluten-free options. The parking situation felt cramped was great, and at times, staff responsiveness varied .

The excellent hospitality and professionalism shown by the staff. Reception team members like Anti and Agus provided excellent service, always ready to assist. The buffet dining offered excellent quality, with a wide variety of fresh options that surpassed my expectations.

Good place with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and an indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find places to shop. Highly recommend it for a comfortable experience! I'm coming back for a trip.
